Boats Pizza With Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 medium-sized zucchini / squash
• ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
• ¼ cup nutritional yeast (optional)
• ¼ red onion, chopped
• ¼ cup olives, sliced
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 200-205 degrees.
2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and clean out the seeds.
3. To zucchini were more resistant to the baking sheet, cut off the bottom part of each "boat" that the surface is flat.
