Ingredients:

  • Mackerel  - 700 g
  • Olive oil- 50-70 ml
  • Pickled (or salted) mushrooms - 250 g
  • Tomato paste (or tomatoes in juice) - 3 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mackerel Braised In Tomato And Mushrooms Sauce Recipe

Preparation:

1. In a deep frying pan warm up butter, add the mushrooms (I took a pickle, but do not merge the marinade) and tomato paste, salt and pepper.

2. pour 200 ml of fish broth (because I took the mushrooms with the marinade, then took 150 ml) or hot water or 100 ml of white wine and 100 ml of water.
