Ingredients:
- sweet potatoes 2 pc.
- pepper 1 pc.
- Dijon mustard 1/2 cu
- yellow onion 1 piece.
- red onion 1 piece.
- 6 chicken breast pieces.
- 1/4 cup honey
- Carrots 3 pcs.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- rosemary 1 tbsp. l.
- salt 2 h. L.
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Mix together mustard, honey, chopped rosemary and crushed garlic. Add the salt.Add the olive oil and whisk.
Marinate chicken breasts in the marinade, leaving little for vegetables. Leave for at least the cold for 20 minutes, and can be overnight.
Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add chicken, laying between her vegetables. If desired, add a little of the remaining marinade.
Chicken bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
