Fish Fillet In Breadcrumbs And Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • Fish fillets  
  • Olive oil or sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon (15 g); 
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 pieces; 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste; 
  • Breadcrumbs - half cup (70 g); 
  • Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese) - 1/4 cup (20 g); 
  • Parsley - a sprig; 
  • Foil - for baking; 

Preparation: 

Turn the oven to 230°C degrees.
Fillets cut into steaks. Each steak with oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper on both sides.
Three cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley. Mix in a deep plate breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley.
Each fillet dipped in this mixture and spread on a grid (it will help to make a crispy crust). Under the grate put the pan that covers the foil (it will drain the juice).
Then, each steak sprinkled with oil (to our crackers turned pink) and put to bake in the oven (on the top shelf) for 15 minutes, or until cooked fish.
