Ingredients:
- Fish fillets (tilapia, perch, pangasius, etc.. D.) - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 300g
- Onion - 150g
- Olives - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut the fish into small pieces. Egg whisk with a little salt and pepper. Boned pieces of fish in it, and then crumble them in flour. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil and fry the fish for 5-7 minutes on each side.
2. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, cut into cubes. Olives cut into circles, greens grind. In vegetable oil fry the onion, add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add the olives and greens and remove from heat. When feeding on fish spread sauce, optional salt and pepper.
