Ingredients:

  • Shrimp peeled 10 pcs.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil according to taste
  • 3 garlic tooth.
  • white bread 200 g
  • spices to taste
  • Chicken egg 1 pc.
  • 0.2 tsp Mustard
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 20 ml
  • Vegetable oil 40 ml
  • Anchovies 2 pcs.
  • 0.2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • Parmesan 30 g

How to cook:

Wash shrimp, cleaned, drier paper towels and place in a small bowl.
Add to bowl honey, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and leave to stand for half an hour.
Take the shrimp from the marinade and drier paper towels.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan, put in it and fry the shrimp a few minutes, then turn over and fry for a couple more minutes, until cooked (ready shrimp should be opaque, opaque).
Put the shrimp in a bowl and set aside.

croutons:
Chop the garlic and mix in a small bowl with butter. Leave to stand for 2-3 hours.

Caesar dressing:
Lightly whisk the egg in a bowl, add the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, vegetable oil, 4-5 anchovy fillets, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Wash romaine lettuce and soak in cold water for an hour. Then drain the water and chop the leaves drier or pick to pieces.
Put the salad leaves in a small bowl, pour on top of a small amount of prepared sauce and mix.
Grease a flat dish clove of garlic and put it on the leaves of romaine lettuce.
Sprinkle with croutons and grated cheese.
Nicely put on the leaves of shrimp, drizzle with Caesar dressing and serve.
