Ingredients:

  • 1 tuna steak 125-150 g
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bunch green onions
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • a small bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • salt and pepper
  • sliced coconut (optional for decoration)

Preparation:

Peel and finely chop the kiwi and avocado. Put in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, mint, parsley and rosemary and also add to the bowl. In a separate container, mix the vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper (to taste). Stir this mixture and season with kiwi and avocado. Whisk the blender and leave on time. Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a hot skillet steak and fry on both sides until golden brown (1-2 minutes per side). Look no overdo, the edges of the steak should be slightly damp. Put the tuna on a plate, top - salsa. Garnish with coconut. Serve immediately.
