Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken eggs - 6 pcs.
  • Onions green - 1 bunch
  • Semolina - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Preparation:

Boiled eggs rubbed on a coarse grater into a deep bowl.
There also we place the finely chopped dill and chives.
Pour the flour and semolina. Season with salt and add sour cream. Knead thoroughly.
From the resulting mass of wet hands molding patties.
Put them in a pan with hot oil.
And fry on both sides until golden brown.
