Ingredients:

Filo dough - 1 package (roll 400-500 g)
Chicken breast - 2-3 pcs.
Greek yogurt - 150 g
Almonds - 50 g
Raisins - 40 g
Olive oil - 50 g
Butter - 50 g
Mint - a couple of sprigs
Parsley - a few sprigs
Green onion
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Finely chop the greens. Raisins and almonds mince.

2. Chicken mince.

3. Mix the resulting minced with almonds, raisins and chopped greens. Add cinnamon, pepper, salt and mix again.

4. Add in the minced yogurt and mix well.

5. In the form put half filo pastry, each layer well smeared with oil.

6. Evenly lay minced and gently pave the remaining half of dough. Do not forget the dough smeared with oil.

7. Put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Note:

On the eve of the dough to pull out of the freezer and allow to defrost in the refrigerator shelf until tomorrow.
