 Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • Pineapple - 1 pc.
  • Ketchup - 100 ml
  • Soy sauce - 100 ml
  • Orange juice - 1 pc.
  • Ginger root - 5 cm
  • Brown sugar - 1 tbsp





Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Preparation of the marinade: Mix ketchup, soy sauce, orange juice, sugar. Rub on a small grater ginger. All mix thoroughly.

3. Cut the chicken pieces.

4. Mix the meat with the marinade. Push the top plate and allow to stand for 30 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

6. Sprinkle a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the meat on skewers and pineapple. Remove it in the oven for 30 minutes. Do not overdo in the oven, or barbecue will be dry.
