Ingredients:
- fillet is not oily fish (cod I) 600-700 c.
- Tomato 1 piece.
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- 3-4 garlic Teeth.
- fresh herbs to taste (I added dill)
- salt and pepper
- hard cheese 50-70 gr.
Preparation:
Fish cut into pieces not larger, salt and pepper. Put the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Lubricate top with sour cream.
