- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Baking powder - 1
- Flour - 150-200 gr.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream (20%) - 300 gr.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp
- Vanilla - optional
Preparation:
Beat the softened butter, egg and sugar. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. Split mold (d 24 cm.) Lubricated. Roll out the dough to the formation of 0.3 cm and with a rolling pin to transfer to the form. Distribute the form, make bumpers about 3 cm.For the filling whisk to whip the cream with the eggs, vanilla and sugar until smooth.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
