Grilled Chicken With Corn And Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Base:- 2 chicken fillets, about 250 g each
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 large stalk of celery
- 150 grams of canned sweet corn
- 1 head of lettuce
- salt and pepper to taste
Refills:
- 1 red onion
- 4-5 sprigs of dill
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Preparing filling. Finely chop the onion and dill. Put in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream, salt to taste and stir. Set aside.Each chicken is cut in half lengthwise to get thin cutlets. Salt and pepper to taste. In a frying pan over medium heat, warm up 1 tbsp vegetable oils. Put the fillets and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side (ideally roast chicken on the grill). Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cucumber cut in half lengthwise, then cut into thin slices. Celery and cut into thin slices.
The cooled chicken breast cut into small pieces.
On a dish put lettuce. Mix chicken, corn, cucumber and celery, salt to taste and spread on a salad. Pour dressing and serve.
