Ingredients:
- flour (durum wheat)
- 4 egg yolks and 1 egg chicken
- a pinch of salt
- 50 ml water
- 125 g mozzarella
- 5 g basil
- a sprig of thyme
- Milk 200 g
- 50 g pesto sauce
Preparation:
1 Roll out the paste : Add the eggs to the flour, water, salt. Let the paste rest for 45 minutes in a dark place.2 Prepare the ingredients - mozzarella, basil and thyme.
3 Finely chop vegetables and cheese, roll into small balls.
4.Roll out the dough into two thin layers. Arrange a layer of dough and sprinkle with water. Divide the dough balls and cover with the second squad.
5 Cut the ravioli with the form. Boil ravioli for 5-6 minutes. In a pan put the dumplings, pour the cream and pesto. Evaporate the cream over medium heat until the consistency of thick gravy.
6 Serve the ravioli with a slice of mozzarella and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
