Home Salted Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- Salmon (fillet) 600-700 g;
- Salt (sea) 100-150 g;
- Lemon 1 piece;
- 1 bunch of dill;
Preparation:
1 Preparation time - 10 minutessalting time - 24 hours
2 wash the fish with cold running water. Blot with a paper towel to dryness. Dill wash, dry and chop coarsely.
3 Salmon fillet, cut into two parts, so that the two pieces can be put together skin up almost no gaps.
Put the pieces of salmon skin side down on a plate.
Put one layer of salt across the surface of the fish.
Spread on top of lemon peel on top - dill.
4 Gently fold the two pieces together skin side up. Tightly wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
5 After the expiration of this time the fish unwind, salt and herbs rinse, dry. Serve or wrap it in a clean plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until needed. (Keep no longer than 1 week).
