Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • Mushrooms - 350 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 5-6 pcs. (Medium)
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Milk - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, spices - to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

1. Chicken rinse and pat dry with a paper towel, cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion, carrots grate.

2. In a deep frying pan heat the olive oil. Pieces of chicken fried with onions, then add the carrots. When the juice is highlighted - reduce heat, add salt and cover with a lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Mushrooms 3. Rinse and pat dry with paper towel. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.

4. Fill the pots. The lower layer - the chicken with onions and carrots. Formed juice pour chicken. 

5. After the mushrooms put diced potatoes, salt.

6. Pour the milk and mix gently to evenly distribute the salt in a pot.

7. Close the lid and send in a cold oven. Set the temperature of 190 degrees. Leave for 40-60 minutes, depending on the dimensions of the pots. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
