Ingredients:
- Cauliflower (you can take frozen) - 500 g
- Potatoes - 5 pcs.
- Pureed tomatoes - 500 g
- Water - 200 mL
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Turmeric - 1 root
- Cumin - 2 tsp
- Curry - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- A little lemon juice
- Cilantro
- Yogurt feed
- Vegetable oil
- Salt pepper
Preparation:
1. turmeric root grind in a mortar or a coffee grinder (not in a blender). Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.

6. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary.
7. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
8. Post curry with chopped cilantro and yogurt.
