Cream of Corn Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (or any other part of the chicken at your option) - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Canned corn (should be approximately the weight of the corn, the net rather than cans with water) - 600 g
  • Celery - a few sprigs
  • Milk



Preparation:

1. Celery, one carrot and one onion cut into small pieces, add salt and simmer, covered, until they are quite soft.

2. Boil the chicken in a little water until tender.

3. Remove from the broth carrot, onion (they are no longer needed) and chicken. Add canned corn with juice and cook for a while, until it becomes soft.
