Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 250 g
  • Tomatoes - 180 g
  • Green onion - 80 g
  • Grated cheese - 25 grams
  • Flour - 90 g
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 hours.

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2. Place in a baking dish combining layers zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix until smooth flour, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour the vegetable mixture.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
