Ingredients:
- Beef blade - 600 g
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Onion (100 g) - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Pasta - 400 g
- Butter - 20 g
Preparation:
1. Meat should be cooked for 1.5-2 hours. Put the meat in cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, remove the foam and then cook on low heat with a minimum boiling. Do not forget to add salt and fragrant roots when cooking to get a good broth.
