Ingredients:

  • Beef fillet - 600 g
  • Beef broth - 200 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Small potatoes - 400 g
  • Olive oil - 6 tablespoons. l.
  • Chili - 2 pcs.
  • Ketchup - 150 g
  • Cilantro, dill, pepper, salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat in large pieces.

2. Grind the garlic.

3. Discourage meat, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic rub, wrap in plastic wrap and put in 20 minutes in the fridge.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut in half.

5. Finely chop chili.

6. Heat 3 tbsp. l. olive oil in a frying pan.

7. Fry the pieces of meat to 7 minutes on both sides.

8. Fry chili pepper in oil remaining after the meat.

9. Add the ketchup there and pour a lot of broth; salt and pepper and simmer for five minutes.

10. Chop the cilantro and add to the sauce.

11. Put the meat into the sauce and simmer with the lid on a shallow fire a quarter of an hour.

12. Preheat another 3 tbsp. l. olive oil and fry the potato slices until golden brown (salt).

13. Arrange on plates of meat and potatoes.

14. Chop the dill and sprinkle them the finished dish.
