Ingredients:

  • Butter - 100 g
  • Lemon - 2 pcs.
  • Dill - ½ beam
  • Thyme - ½ beam
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salmon fillet - 2 kg
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - for lubrication of salmon



Preparation:

1. In a bowl, rub the butter, garlic, zest, dill, thyme

2. Put spicy oil on cellophane.

3. Salmon greased with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Prepare the grilled salmon (2 minutes each side).
