Pasta With Trout And Ricotta In A Creamy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cream 10% - 200 ml
  • Dry white wine - 50 ml
  • Trout - 200 g
  • Parsley - beam
  • Ricotta - 200 g
  • Paste - 200 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Trout cut into large chunks.

2. Put on a heated pan with oil and fry, stirring gently, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic, fry a little more. Pour the wine, add the heat and evaporate it. Thus, there remains only the aroma of wine. Pour in the cream, the fire abated.

4. Boil the pasta and put it to the rest of the ingredients. Parsley and chop well into the pan, mix well.

5. As soon as the sauce thickens to desired consistency, spread the paste on a plate and add to each portions ricotta, chopped into large chunks.
