Beef With Mushrooms And Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1, 2 kg of beef tenderloin
- 250 g mushrooms or any mushroom that you enjoy
- 1-1.5 cup heavy cream
- 5-6 pieces of bay leaf
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- crumbly buckwheat as a side dish
How to cook:
Preheat a frying pan in a high 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings quarters and fry until browned, stirring occasionally.Clean and slice the mushrooms, add to the pan, stir and continue to roast until juices evaporate.
While preparing the mushrooms, slice the meat into thin strips. Increase the heat and put the meat in the pan. Roast, stirring until each piece is browned.
Add the flour to the pan, bay leaves and cream.
Season with salt to taste, season with black pepper, cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer until meat is tender. Serve with crumbly buckwheat.
