Ingredients:

  • 450 g peeled shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 120 g of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt and spices
Sauce "Avocado Ranch":
  • 1 large avocado, peel
  • 120g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 clove of garlic, squeeze
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
For the sandwich:
  • 1 baguette
  • salad
  • 110 g of a blue cheese

Sandwich Grilled Shrimp And Avocado Recipe

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the melted butter, hot sauce and salt. Toss. In a separate bowl Put the prepared shrimp and toss them with 2 tablespoons of the sauce and olive oil. Set aside for a while. Save the rest of the sauce.

Cook the sauce, mix all ingredients in a blender. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt to taste optional.
Heat a grill or grill pan. Fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes on both sides until shrimp turn pink on. Remove from the grill and mix them with a few tablespoons of the remaining sauce. Leave a little more sauce to sprinkle them ready sandwich.
