Ingredients:
- 300 g fillet of salmon
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 mango
- 1 onion, purple
- cilantro leaves in taste
- for the marinade:
- juice and zest of half a lemon lemon
- 6 tablespoons. tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup Mirin (optional)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. Grated on a fine grater fresh ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
We cut the fish, mango, onion, bell pepper cubes about the size of a centimeter,mix with chopped cilantro. Mix all the marinade ingredients, dressed fish with vegetables, fruits, herbs, and leave for ten minutes.
