Pancake Rolls With Smoked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
pancakes:- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 7 tablespoons flour
- pinch of sugar
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 bunch of finely chopped greens (I have green onions and parsley)
- 300-400 g of smoked salmon (enough for me 1 pack)
- 8 tablespoons sour cream 30% (I did a mixture of sour cream and cottage cheese pasta)
- Salt and pepper (remember the salted fish)
Preparation:
1. All the ingredients for a pancake mix so that there are no lumps, add the greens. Fry the pancakes in oil.2. Finished pancakes cool and coat with sour cream. Cut the fish into long slices and put on the cream. Close rolls, seam down. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Slice the rolls and serve.
