Ingredients:
dough:- 500 g flour
- 90 ml of olive oil
- 200 ml of warm dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons salt
Filling:
- 350 g of boiled spinach
- 350 g ricotta
- 1 egg
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- breadcrumbs
How to cook:
Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap while you prepare the filling.Boil the spinach and squeeze it to remove excess water. Cut with a sharp knife and mix with ricotta. Beat to the same egg, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper. All mix well.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll out 2 circles with a diameter of about 30 cm. The first place on a baking tray, the laid paper baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Put the filling in the center part, the rest is distributed almost stepping on a side, as shown in the picture.
