Ingredients:
- 620 g potatoes, peel
- Salt
- 2 teaspoons taco spices
- 100g mozzarella
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes. Turn into a puree, mix with spices and leave to cool.Make a puree from 16 balls. In the center of each ball, make an indentation and put the small piece of sliced mozzarella. Wrap the cheese sauce, dip each ball first in the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown (about a minute on each ball). Fried balls lay on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
