Ingredients for 2 servings :
- Salmon steak 600g
- Corn 2 pcs
- Fresh green basil 20g
- Thick coconut milk 60ml
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin 50ml
- Baking paper
How to cook:
Turn the oven to 180 ° C in normal mode. Salmon steak, sprinkle with salt on both sides (a pinch on the steak), drizzle with olive oil, wrap in baking paper.
