Ingredients:
Ratatouille:- 2 tablespoons oil (Grape seed)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large zucchini, cut into small pcs.
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 2 tablespoons basil or oregano
- 2-4 salmon fillets (about 225 g)

How to cook:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the onions, peppers, zucchini. Add a pinch of salt and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the tomato puree before the vegetables begin to brown. Also lay the thyme and bay leaf. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat for 10-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. At the end of the salt and pepper, add the greens before serving. In the meantime, enjoy a fish.Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash and dry the fish fillets. Put on a baking tray, the laid foil.
