Ingredients:
- Olive Oil - 100 ml
- Wheat flour - 500 g
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Fast-acting dry yeast - 5 g
- Hard cheese (Parmesan, Gruyere, Pecorino) - 220 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Sweet red pepper (paprika) - 1 piece.
How to cook:
Measure out 300 ml of warm water, add 30-40 ml of olive oil.In a large bowl sift the flour, add salt and yeast. Make a well and pour in a mixture of water and oil.
Knead a soft elastic dough, cover with foil and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
After lifting, when the dough is doubled, it must be exchanged, and then the cake can be formed pizza.
