Cheese balls Rafaello Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cheese (durum) - 200 grams
- Processed cheese -2 pieces
- Eggs (boiled) - 2 - 3 pieces
- Olives - 10 - 15 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 80 grams
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Lettuce and greens for serving
How to cook:
1 First you need to grate hard cheese. Divide the crumbs into two parts, one part will be used for spreading.2 Now you need to grate on medium grater processed cheese and peeled boiled eggs.
3 Garlic Peel and crush the garlic to pass through.
4 Now in a small bowl, mix the grated hard cheese and fused, add grated eggs and garlic, passed through the press. Add the mayonnaise in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper. All mix and send the resulting mass in the fridge for half an hour to cool.
5 Then, from the resulting mass to make small cake, which lay in the middle of an olive, rolled into balls no more than a walnut. Then sprinkle the beads obtained from the cheese-egg mass in the cheese crumbs.
6 We spread the cheese "Raffaello" on the dish, the laid lettuce and fresh herbs, we will send a plate in the fridge to cool.
7 If you want to vary the color of the balls, we recommend that you use a tinted coconut as a topping for the balls. And, you can grate crab sticks or meat in them and break in balls of cheese. Or can be used for sprinkling of finely chopped fresh herbs, prepared plush green balls.
