Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- half a green pepper
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 210 ml water
How to cook:
1 Heat the vegetable oil.2 Peel and finely chop the onion.
3 Fry the onions.
4 Peel the garlic.
5 Cut the garlic.
6 Add the garlic to the onions and fry them together until soft state.
7 Pour the curry powder in a separate bowl.
8 Add to curry tomato paste and stir to a smooth paste.
9 Fry resulting mass within 2 minutes.
10 Cut the chicken into cubes of 2.5 cm and add to frying.
11 Fry the chicken until golden brown.
12 Pour the chicken with water, add salt, cover and, stirring occasionally, cook for 20-25 minutes.
13 Cut the pepper into cubes and add to the dish. Cook for another 5 minutes.
As a side dish boil rice.
