Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Semolina - 2-3 tbsp. spoon
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp. L.
- Shortbread - 20-30 units.
- Vegetable oil - for greasing, or baking paper
- Berries: currants or blueberries - on request
How to cook:
1 pound cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until smooth. Add the flour and semolina. All mix well.2 Banana peel and mash with a fork at, to shift into cottage cheese and mix again. Add two handfuls of black currant and a little blueberry.
3 baking dish greased with vegetable oil and put it on the bottom of the form of cookies. Make bumpers of cookies. Use baking split form. Top evenly distribute the weight of the curd. Optionally, you can sprinkle the top of the remaining cookies, crushed into crumbs.
4 Put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees t about 30-40 minutes.
