Ingredients:
- mince meat - 300g
- Onions - 1/2 (100g)
- carrots - 100g
- celery - 1/2 (50 g)
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- bay leaf - 1/2 leaf
- flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp (to taste)
- Sugar - 1st.l
- ground black pepper - optional
- nutmeg - optional
- Oregano - optional
- butter - 10 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - optional
- spaghetti
How to cook:
