Fish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3
- Saira or pink salmon - 1
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Onion - 1
- Sour cream - 250 m.l.
- Mayonnaise - 250 m.l.
How to cook:
Mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise.Put the remaining components in layers in baking dish:
1 potato, cut into slices;
2 onions, sliced into half rings;
3 pulverized canned fish.
Fill all layers with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs. If you wish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven (or microwave with a "grill" or "convection") until cooked potatoes
