Chicken Livers In Red Wine Recipe
Ingredients:
- half a kilo of chicken liver
- two onions
- any good glass of red wine about
- onion jam - three tablespoons (recipe I have already given community)
- red bell peppers, dry (seasoning)
- half a teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste
- brown sugar (if needed)
How to cook:
1 Liver fry quickly on both sides and set aside.2 In the same pan fry the onion until golden brown.
3 Add the wine, jam, salt, pepper and cook the onion until soft. If the bow is not ready yet, and the wine has boiled away enough, you can add more wine, but then you have to try the sauce, and if the wine is dominated by sour, add, or sugar, or even jam, at your discretion. When the onion is ready, add the red pepper, send back to the liver for 5-7 minutes and turn off the fire. I love it with mashed potatoes.
4 Well, if there's anything left for the next day - you can make a wonderful pie. For this, I fry the carrots and send everything in a blender.
