Cheese With Mushrooms Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 50 g of white dried mushrooms
- 700 grams of potatoes
- 400 g of cheese
- 150 g of carrots
- leek (or 150 grams of onion)
- salt
- pepper
How to cook:
Mushrooms pour hot water and leave for 30 minutes. They were then cut into small pieces. In a saucepan pour the water (about 3 liters), bring to a boil, add the mushrooms, season with salt. Cook for about 30 minutes.Leek cut into rings (onion, finely chopped). Carrots grate on medium grater. Potatoes clean, cut into cubes or cubes. To mushrooms, add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add the onions and carrots.
At the end of cooking add the cheese, if desired, salt and pepper.
