Ingredients:

  • Broccoli - 500 g
  • Beans - 200 g
  • Carrots - 250 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 pcs.
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste









Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put 2 boiled a pot of water, one for broccoli and one for carrots and beans. Wash all vegetables and herbs. Disassemble the broccoli into florets.

9. Put the vegetables in a soup plate. Season with salt, add the parsley and lemon juice.

10. Gently mix.
