Ingredients:

  • Flour - 350 g
  • Yoghurt - 300 g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar (if you do a sweet option, more sugar) - 2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and sugar. Mix yogurt and butter. Often adding flour, knead the dough. Put the dough on a floured work surface and divide into 8-10 equal parts.

3. Form of each of the bun and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

4. Place in a preheated 210-220 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
